Who we are

GymStrato is gym management software. For this website, GymStrato is the data controller for the details you send us. Contact us through the form on the founding gyms page.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo form we collect your name, gym name, email, phone number if you give it, your gym's size and current system, and anything you write in the message box. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you about a demo or about becoming a founding gym. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

Who sees it

The GymStrato team, and our hosting and email providers who process it on our behalf. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Up to 2 years from your last contact with us, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Cookies

This website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
